Travel with KBZPay October Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay Travel with KBZPay Campaign takes place from 17th October to 16th November 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 3.0.3 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all eligible KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win Travel Discount Coupons ahead and can redeem at Flymya, Oway, MMBus Ticket, Shwe Booking and Ngu Wah, JJ Express under “Travel” of KBZPay using those Coupons to travel and receive a special prize of 300,000 Ks Cashback. 

The Coupons amount are as follows:

  • 1,000 Ks Discount Coupon
  • 2,000 Ks Discount Coupon
  • 3,000 Ks Discount Coupon

  1. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers can receive Travel Discount Coupons when one KBZPay Customers can enter a KBZPay application and get a Travel Discount Coupon until the specified number of Coupons remain. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. A KBZPay Customer can get three times during the  Campaign period.
  2. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile” and use the coupons by purchasing flight tickets, hotel bookings, or bus tickets via merchants: Flymya, Oway, MMBus Ticket, Shwe Booking and Ngu Wah, JJ Express under “Travel” of KBZPay or from those Merchant’s own applications or their website. Customers can use only one Travel Coupon for one purchase or payment. In order to use Travel Discount Coupons, the minimum purchase amount has to be as below.
    • At least 20,000 Ks for 1,000 Ks Discount Coupon
    • At least 50,000 Ks for 2,000 Ks Discount Coupon 
    • At least 70,000 Ks for 3,000 Ks Discount Coupon 
  3. Customers need to use the Discount Coupons within 14 days of receiving the Coupons. Coupons will expire after 14 days and they may not be able to use after 14  days.
  4. During this Campaign, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange or transfer as cash.
  5. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (6) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  6. In addition, if the Customer share the received Coupon by clicking “Share Now” button and share public with #TravelwithKBZPay on the user’s social media: Facebook and comment the screenshot under the campaign announcement post and one customer will be able to receive a special prize of 300,000 Ks Cashback at the end of the Campaign period. Winner is not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
  7. The winner of the special prize will be announced on 5th December on KBZPay Official Facebook.The winner must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winner’s name, Facebook Profile picture and the last (4) digit phone number to announce on social media and on the website. Winner will be announced via Facebook and they can claim prize by sending the email to [email protected] together with the Facebook Profile link, name, NRC,  phone number and address. The Customer must contact us by sending an email within (7) days of the announcement. If winner does not contact within 7 days, it will not be valid. Once KBZPay receives complete information, the special prize : 300,000 Ks Cashback will be transferred to the KBZPay  of the special prize winner within (7) days after receiving the information.The Cashback credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
  8. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign  for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  12. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  13. The normal Terms and Conditions of KBZPay and the Terms and Conditions of Flymya, Oway, MMBus Ticket, Shwe Booking and Ngu Wah, JJ Express shall also apply.
  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
